Terms Of Service (Custom Writing Services).
By filling out the order form and clicking the "Submit" button, you and agree on the following terms of service:

  1. Paper Instructions. Clear. The order instructions you input in the order form will serve as instructions for writers to write your paper or essay. The instructions are the ultimate guidance for the writers and editors and every paper will be prepared according to your instructions. The writers and editors will reasonably follow your instructions. Should they not follow your instructions, the essay will be revised for you free of charge.  After placing the order you can still modify the instruction until you receive a confirmation email from our Customer Service Department.
  2. Use of Sensitive Information.
    All your personal information (and information about the order) is kept confidential. We do not share this information with any third parties. We only ask for your name, email and detailed paper instructions. All sensitive information is handled by our payment providers (BlueSnap, Dalpay or Payza).
  3. Essay/Paper Format.
    All papers written by are written in accordance with the following format: Courier New font, size 12, double-spaced, 1 inch margin on all 4 sides. It is roughly 230-260 words per page. The completed is emailed to you as an MS Word document (either .doc or .rtf file). The paper can feature a reference page, a title page and additional information if explicitly requested by the customer or where appropriate.
  4. Delivery Policy.
    The finished essay or term paper will be automatically emailed to you slightly prior to the deadline. Delivery time will be based on the deadline paid for (with the minimum possible being within twelve hours). The clock for delivery starts at the time the order is successfully accepted by and paid for at one of our authorized retailers. Please, keep in mind that additional materials, instructions, files,etc. reset the clock. For example, if you selected a 6 day delivery option, but then sent additional files or instructions 4 days later, the deadline clock starts at the time these additional files or instructions were received.
  5. Delays in Delivery.

In some exceptionally rare cases the writing may take a bit longer than expected. In this case, if you do not want the paper, you agree to email us and tell about it, after the deadline is passed but before the paper is emailed to you. In this case we will cancel the order. If you do not respond, it gives your permission for the writers to take a little longer to complete the paper. Please, remember that if you send additional instructions or files, the deadline clock starts at the time we received these files and instructions. Do send all additional files promptly after you place an order.
  6. Paper Content Originality.

  7. Revisions and Edits.
    We guarantee that every essay or paper produced by professional writers at will reasonable match the instructions you input in the order form. The use of outside sources will be properly documented in accordance with your chosen citation style (MLA/APA/Turabian/Harvard/Other).   8. Order Cancellation Policy.
    You can cancel any order requests by simply not proceeding with the payment through AlertPay. You cannot cancel the paper once it got accepted by We reserve the right to cancel any essay at our own discretion and inform the customer as soon as possible.   9. Essay Refund policy. or our authorized retailers reserve the right to refuse service to anyone suspected

    right to cancel any order at our own discretion under this policy.

    You may request a refund if the work sold has significant grammar or spelling errors, or clearly covers a
    different subject from the work ordered in the initial instructions and description. Otherwise all sales are final.

  12. Unclear Order Instructions
